Valencia, a city to be discovered

The Espacio Cocina 2017 Trade Fair is coming and in Inalco we are almost ready to move to a very special spanish city, Valencia. A city that coexists with its history as it walks towards the future, in which walls and remains of the first century BC are mixed with buildings that represent modernism and vanguard. A city able to build works of art that every year meet the flames of Las Fallas, already considered Intangible Heritage of Humanity, an opportunity to be reborn again and again every March.

The capital of the Turia gets this name from a river whose former channel is now a main center for sports and cultural activities, and is one of those European cities worth living from start to finish. Beginning with its architecture, with historic buildings such as El Micalet, Serrano Towers or Quart Towers; To other more contemporary ones, such as the recently reformed Plaza Redonda, the Mercado de Colón or the Central Market; To other futurists such as those that are built in the City of Arts and Sciences designed by the renowned Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava.

Its beautiful landscape also extends to El Saler or La Albufera, a natural environment where the best sunsets of the city can be seen. Its gastronomy is undoubtedly another of its great attractions, with a varied offer both traditional and modern. A Valencia that lives sports to the most, with soccer, basketball or rugby as grater examples, that receives annually the arrival of the Motorcycling GP at Cheste, that has become a celebration of the sport of the two wheels.

To sum up, many sensations and senses are activated every time we visit Valencia, and in a few days we will enjoy again with our appointment with Space Kitchen. Do you want to come with us?
